Who we are

Grafton Lodge is run by Sathya Care Ltd (company number 11499368), registered office Unit 3, Ilex House, 94 Holly Road, Twickenham TW1 4HF. Sathya Care Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you request a call back, we collect what you type into the form:

• your name and phone number
• your email address, if you give it
• the kind of care you're looking for, and anything you choose to tell us in your message

Please don't include detailed health information in the form. We'll talk about care needs when we call you.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a visit or discuss care. Our lawful basis is that you've asked us to contact you (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

We don't sell your information or use it for marketing.

Who we share it with

The form is delivered to our team by email using Resend, an email delivery service that processes data on our behalf. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both act on our instructions under data processing terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, unless you or your relative go on to use our services, in which case information becomes part of the care record and is kept for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our CQC rating is shown using the Care Quality Commission's own widget, which loads from cqc.org.uk.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Contact us on 01634 722621 or at info@graftonlodge.co.uk.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
